RETURN POLICY

We have a 28-calendar day return policy, which means you have 28 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unmarked and unscented, not washed or damaged, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Therefore, when trying items on, do not apply excessive force and do not leave marks or scents on the item (such as make-up, fake-tan, perfume, deodorant, cologne, etc.) as we will not accept returned items that show any signs of having been worn, marked, scented, washed or damaged. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, please contact us at customercare@nudeday.co.uk with your name, order number, date of purchase, item for return and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Please keep your orders separate as returning more than one order in a parcel may cause a delay to your refund.
All items are inspected on return to ensure they meet all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the conditions set out in this Policy in our sole discretion.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 28 calendar days from the day on which we receive the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
INCORRECT, MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at customercare@nudeday.co.uk within 14 calendar days (with your name, order number, date of purchase, description of issue and item affected, photos or videos of the incorrect or damaged item (if applicable)) if the item is incorrect, missing or damaged otherwise your order will be deemed accepted.
Once we receive the information requested above, we will consider the issue and we may need to ask you for some further details before we can decide on how (if at all) we can help you.
In cases where you report an item to be missing, we will refer back to the weight of the parcel sent to you, as per our retained Post Office receipt. We have weighed each of our items, our packaging and any accompanying items including thank you cards. If the weight on the receipt falls below the expected weight then this would indicate an item was missing. If the weight falls at or above the expected weight then your report will be rejected.
If we accept that the item is incorrect, missing or damaged, we may in our discretion, offer you a refund or partial refund. Our decision on this will depend on our assessment of the issue. If we do not accept that the item is incorrect, missing or damaged, we shall inform you of our decision.
If your return is accepted, we will inform you of next steps.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unmarked and unscented, not washed or damaged, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RESTRICTIONS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to block your customer account, in circumstances where you breach this Return Policy or our Terms of Service, including by returning items in a used condition, or failing to return items relating to cancelled orders.
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including in circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and restrict your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future.

If your account has been restricted and you need to make a valid return, please contact us using our details below and we can provide you with further assistance, although you may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
This does not affect any other rights you may have under the law.
